Dianne Wolfer is an award-winning author and bookworm who spent her high school years in Albury and now lives on the south coast of Western Australia. She has fond memories of swimming at the river and jumping off the Union Bridge. Dianne is author of 27 books. Her Light series is adapted for street theatre, stage and CineStage. Like Dianne, The Last Light Horse links (weirdly) to both Albury and Albany. Scout and the Rescue Dogs, winner of the WA Premier’s Award, also draws on Dianne’s memories of areas around Albury. Her Stereo Story was inspired by a previous Write Around the Murray.
