Interim Albury Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan

Sections 7.11 and 7.12 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act) authorisescouncils and other consent authorities to require contributions of land or money from developmentstoward the provision, extension or augmentation of local infrastructure. A contributions plan mustbe in place before any contribution requirements can be imposed. The Interim Albury Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan applies to development in Thurgoona - Wirlinga and Hamilton Valley and the Nexus Regional Jobs Precinct.
